Personal training sessions are individually tailored to each client and will have a focus on areas such as:

- Functional movement
- Powerlifting education & guidance.
At Allied Physiotherapy’s clinics, a university-trained kinesiologist will provide customized training programs to meet the client’s needs and to ensure progress and consistency.
