  • RMT program at CDI South Surrey (Oct 2022 – present)

  • myofascial release
  • muscle energy techniques
  • joint mobilizations
  • When it comes to massage, I believe in an active approach to healing and love to get the patient involved/moving in their treatment. By allowing the patient to play an active role in their injury management, it will given them a better “mind-muscle” connection to their specific area of need and can encourage their healing long term. Also a big believer in the power of exercise for injury rehab and long term injury management. Overall, I really enjoy collaborating with patients to find their areas of concern and tailor my treatment to reach their goals.
